Booking Policy

A non-refundable Booking Fee is required to reserve all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until your Booking Fee has been received.

Your Booking Fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your Booking Fee may be transferred to a new appointment one time. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, cancelled without sufficient notice, or missed without notice will result in forfeiture of the Booking Fee and require a new Booking Fee to rebook.
